A devastating rockfall at a quarry in Ramanagara claimed the lives of seven workers and injured at least six others. The tragedy occurred at Cauvery Crushers when loose boulders collapsed on a group of around 20 men. Families of the deceased, who were migrant workers seeking daily wages, are left heartbroken. Authorities have pledged action against illegal quarrying activities.
