Two security screeners were injured at Varanasi airport on Sunday morning. A passenger’s licensed pistol accidentally discharged during a routine weapons check. The incident occurred while the passenger was preparing to board a flight to Mumbai. Both injured personnel received immediate medical treatment for their wounds.
