A Delhi man was arrested for masquerading as a Himachal Police officer after he contacted a Gurgaon SHO to restore power to his wife’s shop. Presenting himself as SP Chandan Singh, he attempted to exert undue influence. However, the police caught onto his ruse, leading to a case being registered. He later confessed to the impersonation when the power situation was confirmed.
