Delhi Police Special Cell apprehended their own Head Constable Khurshid on theft charges. Khurshid, previously stationed within the Special Cell, allegedly absconded with approximately Rs 51 lakh in cash and a significant quantity of jewellery from the cell’s storage facility on Friday night.
