BJP IT chief Amit Malviya criticized TMC MLA Jiban Krishna Saha’s attempt to evade the ED as a staged act orchestrated by Mamata Banerjee, following Saha’s arrest in connection with the teachers’ recruitment scam. Malviya alleged that such stunts are a TMC strategy to avoid accountability for looting Bengal, further claiming the party fears exposure as the 2026 elections approach.
