The Madhya Pradesh High Court has taken suo motu cognizance of state minister Vijay Shah’s derogatory remarks against Colonel Sofiya Qureshi, ordering the DGP to file an FIR. The court condemned Shah’s “gutter language” as disparaging to both the officer and the armed forces.
