Fusible Interlining for North India Garment Manufacturers

How to Build a Reliable Fusible Interlining Supply for North India

Posted on September 2, 2026September 2, 2026 by emergeadmin

A reliable supply system starts with knowing exactly what your garment factory uses. Whether you’re producing suits in Ludhiana, sherwanis in Delhi or formalwear in Amritsar, your requirements should be divided by garment part and application. Instead of placing a general request for interlining, list the required construction, GSM, shade, quantity and roll specifications. This makes it easier to identify suitable fusible interlining suppliers and compare their quotations on the same basis.

Once the products are selected, standardise your approved specifications. Keep a physical sample for each grade and record where it is used in your production. For example, a heavier woven specification may be assigned to sherwani panels, while a lighter grade may be reserved for collars or cuffs. When the next production order arrives, your purchasing team can refer to the approved sample instead of starting the selection process again. This saves time and reduces the risk of receiving a different product simply because the new buyer or supplier interpreted the requirement differently.

Supply planning should also include stock and delivery requirements. Confirm minimum quantities, roll sizes, lead times and dispatch arrangements before production begins. Double Ghoda supplies its range on a wholesale B2B basis, with woven grades available from 30–150 GSM and non-woven grades from 30–80 GSM. Its stock is held at a Bhiwandi, Maharashtra warehouse for dispatch to North India and other markets. For garment units, building this kind of structured sourcing process can make interlining procurement more predictable, especially when production involves repeat styles and large quantities.
