A woman in South Delhi allegedly poured boiling oil on her sleeping husband, with their eight-year-old daughter reportedly present. The victim sustained “dangerous” burns and was warned by his wife not to shout. Neighbours intervened and rushed him to the hospital. The woman has been booked under relevant sections of the BNS, but no arrests have been made.
