Confident Group chairman C J Roy, 57, was found dead from a gunshot wound at his Bengaluru office on Friday. The incident occurred shortly after Income Tax officials, who had been conducting searches for three days, asked him to stay to review documents. Roy reportedly went into his cabin and a gunshot was heard minutes later.
