The Delhi government approved the Mahila Samridhi Yojana on Women’s Day, providing Rs 2,500 to women from economically weaker sections. With a budget allocation of Rs 5100 crores, women earning up to Rs 2.5 lakh annually and aged 18-60 years are eligible.
