The Delhi High Court overturned a Central Information Commission (CIC) order on Monday, which had instructed the disclosure of information pertaining to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s bachelor’s degree. Justice Sachin Datta delivered the verdict following a petition from Delhi University challenging the CIC’s directive.
