TCS has denied reports claiming Marks & Spencer terminated their contract following a £300 million cyberattack. The IT firm stated the report contained factual inaccuracies and that it does not provide cybersecurity services to M&S. TCS clarified that their service desk contract with M&S concluded prior to the April 2025 cyber incident through a competitive RFP process.
