Air-driven systems are deceptively leaky. In pressurized pneumatic networks, tiny air losses could equate to thousands in energy waste—and potential safety risks. That’s why I never install hose couplings, fittings, or manifolds without a properly rated Sealing Washers. In multiple plant upgrades, simply swapping generic washers for purpose-made Sealing Washers resulted in measurable pressure stability and energy savings—sometimes as much as 15%.
Just as important: not all Sealing Washers can handle pressure pulses or vibration. In compressor lines, we pair these washers with spring-lock washers or conical washers to maintain preload under dynamic stresses. Combined, they form a seal that stays robust even when the machine cycles rapidly. If your system vibrates, pulses, or cycles pressure—it isn’t complete without a Sealing Washers solution.
